Miso Baked Tilefish

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs. tilefish fillet 
- 1/2 lemon, juiced 
- 1 teaspoon salt 
- 2 tablespoons miso (white, NOT sweet) 
- 2 tablespoons honey 
- 1 teaspoon tamari 
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (peeled & minced) 
- 1 small clove of garlic, minced 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 
- Coat fish with salt and lemon juice. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in baking dish. 
- In a small bowl, mix miso, honey, tamari, ginger, and garlic so that it becomes a paste. Spread evenly over fish. 
- Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, then finish under broiler for 5-7 minutes.
